Is there a minimum order quantity? ▾
No. We accept orders of any quantity — from a single piece to tens of thousands. Pricing adjusts based on volume, and our team will advise on the most efficient approach for your requirement.
Can you match our existing uniform? ▾
Yes. Share a sample, reference image or specification and we will match fabric, colour, construction and finish as closely as possible. A pre-production sample is available before full run.
What file formats do you accept for logos? ▾
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are preferred for embroidery and print. High-resolution PNG or PDF is also accepted. Our team will confirm artwork requirements before production.
What is the typical lead time? ▾
Standard orders: 10–15 working days after artwork approval. Sampling adds 5–7 working days. Rush timelines may be accommodated — contact our team to discuss.
Do you handle export orders? ▾
Yes. We serve international buyers and handle export documentation, compliance specifications and packing requirements on request. Contact our team to discuss your requirement.
